CALL for sections to host the Autumn 2022 Federal Committee Meeting!
Host the Autumn 2022 FC and be at the heart of sharing #JEFSpirit!
The Young European Federalists (JEF Europe) have now opened the call for national sections to host the Autumn 2022 Federal Committee Meeting.
We are looking for a motivated JEF section that is interested in hosting our Federal Committee meeting (2 days) in November 2022.
The following characteristics are of fundamental importance:
having a venue that is relatively well-connected to most parts of Europe;
a dedicated team of 4-5 JEF activists on the spot that will assist the European Secretariat with logistical support;
motivation and dedication to search for additional local/regional/national co-funding.
If your section is interested in hosting the FC, you can send your proposal to our Secretary General at [email protected]by the 5th October 2021. The final proposal should contain:
An introduction on the reasons why you wish to host the FC meeting;
Name and price of at least three potential venues, accommodations and restaurants that could host up to 80 people;
A list of transport options (how to reach the host city from different corners of Europe);
Options for co-funding on the local/regional/national level;
Provisional budget
Deadline to submit your final application is 5th October 2021!
