JEF Europe and JEF Belgium are launching the call for participants to the European Congress XXVI which will take place in Liege, Belgium from the 19th to 21st November 2021.

JEF Europe and JEF Belgium are launching the call for the XXVI JEF Europe – European Congress which will take place in Liege, Belgium from the 19th to 21st November 2021.

Practical information:

Applications:

• Sections must submit their list of delegates here: (https://bit.ly/2X63jgs), by 06/10/2021.

• All individuals (Delegates selected by sections, directly elected FC members, EB Members, Observers, JEF Europe secretariat) must register on the individual form here: (https://bit.ly/3jUVtyY) by 06/10/2021

Participation Fee:

• 80€ for OBSERVERS has to be paid by bank transfer after the CONFIRMATION from JEF Europe Secretariat by 13/10/2021

• 50€ for all other participants staying 2 nights

• 65€ for out going FC members staying 3 nights

• The registration fee covers two nights (19-21 November 2021) in a shared bedroom and all meals from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch. Three nights are covered for the participants of the outgoing FC.

• All participation fees have to be paid by 13/10/2021 (Questions for clarification or proof of payment to be sent by email to [email protected])

• Please book your flights ONLY after receiving the official confirmation from the Secretariat! Preferable arrival/departure times are Friday (19/11) before lunch and Sunday (21/11) evening.

• OBSERVERS may apply from JEF candidate sections as well. Should the OBSERVER’S section be officially recognised during the Congress, this section has the right to 1 OFFICIAL DELEGATE, meaning that the OBSERVER should prepare in advance and select his/her representative! (Rules of Procedure say (§ II.2.d)

• Language: the Congress will be held in English
