You have to provide a vaccination or recovery certificate.
A negative test taken less than 72 hours before the flight is also accepted to travel to Belgium, but JEF Europe will only accept vaccination or recovery certificates to attend the Congress.
/!\ If you are coming from a red area outside of the EU / Schengen, you have to take a test upon arrival + stay in quarantine until you get a negative test result, even if you are vaccinated.
